The plan is in your name
The agreement is between you and the finance partner. Keep the paperwork they give you.
Warranty is unaffected
Buying on instalments does not change the manufacturer warranty on your appliance.

Is the 0% interest genuine?
Yes. The total you pay across the instalments is the same as the cash rate we quote you. We do not raise the price to cover the finance, and there is no interest added on our side.
What documents do I need to bring?
A valid photo ID such as Aadhaar, PAN, voter ID or driving licence, a document showing your current address, a cancelled cheque or bank passbook for the monthly auto-debit, and one passport photograph.
How long does approval take?
Usually the same day. We fill the application with you at the counter and send it through while you are in the shop. Approval is the finance partner's decision, not ours, so we cannot promise it for everyone.
Which products can I buy on instalments?
Anything on our floor. Furniture, televisions, refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners and kitchen appliances are all covered by the same plan.
Is there a processing fee?
The finance company may charge one. That fee is set by them, not by us, and we will tell you the exact amount before you sign anything.
Can I apply for EMI online?
No. The whole process happens in the showroom, which is why nothing on this website asks for your bank or ID details. Come in with your documents and we complete it with you.
